As a four-time CEO during my career I have experienced both successes and failures. In addition, I have worked with CEO peer groups and many CEOs for decades and developed a particular set of skills that support high performing CEOs.
All of our work together is individualized to you. I do not utilize a pre developed framework or canned approach. Our work is based on you, your challenges, your goals and what we have to do to improve your situation.
The truth is that not all coaching engagements end in success stories. Some people are not coachable or are unwilling to change. Specifically I have worked with a number of CEOs that have exponentially grown their businesses. In some cases they have been able to successfully sell their businesses for impressive multiples.
Our work together is highly personal and extremely confidential. At no time and under no circumstances are the details of the information you provide and the nature of our conversations revealed to others.
When we begin work we determine the goals we want to achieve or the breakdowns we want to resolve. Then we collaborate on how to measure our progress toward those goals.
Every situation is different. Usually we meet either virtually or in person for 60-90 minutes each week. Consistency in meeting frequency is essential to build history and to enable us to better understand what issues and breakdowns we need to address.
We cover this in the trial coaching period before we enter into a formal arrangement. This allows you the opportunity to see if we are right for each other and whether CEO Coaching could be beneficial for you.
