Can we talk?

Is it worth it?
That was the question I asked Diane.
And the silence that followed said everything.
Diane had been a client for almost two years.
She had cleaned up major issues inside the company.
Put out fires. Off-boarded and on-boarded. Stabilized the team.
The one she danced around. The one she knew was coming.
Years ago, Diane sold her firm to a private equity group and stayed on as CEO.
But the mission had changed.
The values became diluted.
The culture was frayed.
And it was draining the life out of her.
Then one day, everything came to a head.
We had the real conversation. The one that changes everything.
I asked,
She paused. Looked down. Then said:
That moment cracked everything open.
Over the next six months, we worked on a clear and honorable transition plan.
She stepped away. Let go. Took back her life.
That was a year ago.
And sheโs thriving.
Happy. Free. Fully alive again.
She hasnโt looked back once.

๐นYou donโt always need more strategy.
๐นYou need the right conversation. The one no one else is asking you.
The space to get radically honest.
To listen to the voice inside you that already knows.
Because when you finally doโฆ
Everything changes.
Just like it did for Diane.
